My passion for real estate dates back to my 20's when I landed a prestigious sales position immediately after college. Coming from a family with vast real estate experience, and owning a real estate firm in coastal South Carolina, I gained valuable knowledge at a fairly young age as it relates to the industry. When relocating to the Jersey Shore in 2007, as a result of a career promotion, I quickly realized not only was the Jersey Shore home, but I knew, without a doubt, I'd build a successful career in the local real estate industry. Over the years my passion for the business has grown immensely, as there's truly nothing I enjoy more than building valuable business relationships with my clients, as well as not just achieving, but surpassing my clients real estate goals. I've built a reputation for my savvy negotiations, uncompromising integrity, and cutting edge marketing strategies, and in turn, am a recipient of various awards including the Circle of Excellence Award, Executive Club, 100% Club, Platinum Club, Top Salesperson for volume, Top Salesperson for transaction count, and Number One Real Estate Agent/Salesperson in the state of New Jersey for RE/MAX in 2023 for transaction count. My recipe for repeat 5 star client reviews, referral business, and an exorbitant amount of repeat client business is transparency, compelling listing marketing, expert negotiations, and my ability to navigate the occasionally complex process called buying and selling, both calmly and professionally.
